this tab allows :
- to define several road categories,
- to edit the city map and to map a road categoty to every road of the map,
- to choose a sidewalk category for one or several road categories,
- to choose a traffic lights category for the crossings of one or several road categories,
- to define which categories of lanes each road category uses.
